I have been counselling for over six years in private practice and within a school setting. In this time, I have worked with a diverse range of clience (ages, nationalities, gender identities, sexual orientations, etc.). I have also worked with clients for a variety of different concerns - for example, low mood, worry, stress, suicidal, ideation, self-harm and adjustment/change.
-
The number of sessions required can vary depending on the client and their needs. The average is around 10 sessions, but this has been based on foreign insurance requirements. Each client is different, and some just enjoy a regular 50 minute break from every day life.
-
I take confidentiality very seriously, and this will be discussed with you during our first session.

There is no age restriction for counselling, it can benefit people of all ages. For teenagers under the age of 18 years old, parental consent is required. I currently do not see teenagers under 14 years old. Please contact me if you have any specific queries.
